Alkemade International BV is a well established company based in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands. The company is active in import, handling, marketing and logistics of fresh cut flowers from all around the world. The company was founded in 1997, and has developed an extensive network of business relationships in the international flower industry.

Our goal is to deliver premium products to our customers, and to build sustainable partnership with growers.

Our role as professional marketing agent

promote and sell under the label name of the grower;
differentiate the product by sleeve and/or labels;
protect and register the grower´s brand name for the European market;
coordination of the product on multiple markets (i.e. different auctions);
product monitoring before and after sales including customer comments and professional feedback on quality issues;
research and development i.e. keeping up to date with technical developments and marketing information;
competitive advantage a constant task in today’s fast changing world;
development of new markets.
